- All passengers are charged a standard fare for the Istanbul Airport shared shuttle.
- If your flight date and transfer date are on the same day, please make your transfer reservation 4 hours before your flight so that a suitable vehicle can be arranged for you.
- Come after your arrival to our transfer desk in the arrival hall.
- After customs, walk straight to the elevator. Go down to the -2nd floor to Gate 17. You will see the "Havalines" Kioask.
- Please wait in the hotel lobby 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.
- The shared transfer facility to/from the airport can be availed from any accommodation within the regions of Taksim or Sultanahmet.
Cancellation Policy
- For a full refund cancel at least 48 hours prior to the start of the Istanbul Airport shared shuttle drive.
- No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.
